Due to the high volume of payoff requests received and information required to process requests, please allow our office 10 business days to provide you with your payoff statement.

Terms

By submitting this request I acknowledge that payoff fees of $478.00 must be prepaid and the payoff statement will NOT be prepared until payment of the fee for processing this payoff request is made. For a payoff request to be provided within 72 hours an additional rush fee of $119.00 must be prepaid.

A payoff request will NOT automatically result in the cessation of collection efforts.

A Lis Pendens is a legal notice recorded in the public records notifying persons of a pending lawsuit against real property. It confirms the legal description of the property and lists all parties named in the pending suit.
