Due to the high volume of payoff requests received and information required to process requests, please allow our office 10 business days to provide you with your payoff statement.

Terms

By submitting this request I acknowledge that payoff fees of $400.00 must be prepaid and the payoff statement will NOT be prepared until payment of the fee for processing this payoff request is made. For a payoff request to be provided within 72 hours an additional rush fee of $100.00 must be prepaid.

A payoff request will NOT automatically result in the cessation of collection efforts.

I have redacted any sensitive or confidential information, including social security numbers, before uploading any documents.

The Release is a document executed by an owner authorizing a creditor to release otherwise protected debt information to a third party. Do not include social security numbers.

Certificate of Title (if applicable)

• Certificate of Title (COT) is required if the property has been foreclosed.

The Certificate of Title (COT) is a court document that conveys legal title to a new owner upon completion of a foreclosure sale. The COT records the legal description of the land and the owner information.

Lis Pendens (if applicable)

• Lis Pendens is required for a bank foreclosure

A Lis Pendens is a legal notice recorded in the public records notifying persons of a pending lawsuit against real property. It confirms the legal description of the property and lists all parties named in the pending suit.

Mortgage (if applicable)

• The mortgage is required if the property has been foreclosed by a mortgage holder.
