Adam is a real estate practitioner, with an emphasis on representing condominiums and planned developments throughout Florida. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Expert in Condominium and Planned Development Law – an accomplishment achieved by less than 0.2% of Florida’s attorneys.
Adam has represented the interests of community associations both big and small throughout Florida, ranging from high rise coastal condominiums, rural homeowner associations, golf club communities, 55+ age restricted communities, country club developments, and vacation based properties. He advises clients on a broad range of legal issues and corporate operations, including governing document revisions, preservations, and revitalizations; covenant interpretation and enforcement; budget and reserve funding; collections and bankruptcy; election procedures; turnover from developer control; contract review and negotiations; and governmental regulation.
Adam has been recognized by his peers in the 2016 edition of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite,” awarded to the top 2 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, and the 2019 edition of Florida Super Lawyers, as one of the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, for his accomplishments in his real estate practice.
Adam has been a member of and featured speaker for many industry groups and local organizations regarding real estate and community association law issues, including the City of Orlando’s Neighborhood and Community Summit. He has also lectured at numerous continuing education classes for community association board members and managers.
Adam has held memberships to many professional groups including the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Condominium and Planned Development Subcommittee, Community Associations Institute, Space Coast Communities Association, Orange County Bar Association, Seminole County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
