Jennifer is a real estate practitioner who specializes in condominium and planned development law.
Jennifer began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for Orange and Osceola Counties. As a seasoned litigator, she has extensive trial experience and is licensed to practice in both federal and bankruptcy courts for the Middle District of Florida.
In her community association law practice, Jennifer counsels her clients with turnover assistance, insurance coverage, property damage, fair housing compliance, corporate governance, contract drafting, dispute resolution, collections, foreclosure, covenant enforcement, amendments, elections, financial budgeting and operations.
Jennifer has been recognized by her peers as a “rising star” in Florida Super Lawyers, as one of the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, for her accomplishments in her practice.
Jennifer has been a member of and featured speaker at many industry groups and local organizations regarding real estate and community association law issues. She has also lectured at numerous continuing education classes for community association board members and managers.
