Jennifer’s practice focuses primarily on community association law, contracts, real property law and general corporate counsel. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Expert in Condominium and Planned Development Law – an accomplishment achieved by less than 0.2% of Florida’s attorneys.
Having practiced in the area of community association law since graduating law school, Jennifer is well-versed in all matters of association governance, and is relied upon to provide detailed analysis of community’s existing governing documents, as well as drafting amendments to same that are specifically tailored to meet her clients’ diverse needs. Taking a hands-on approach, Jennifer works with Boards of Directors to develop long-term strategies to address the evolving needs of an association.
Jennifer has been a member of and featured speaker at many industry groups and local organizations regarding real estate and community association law issues. She has lectured for the Hillsborough County Neighborhood Conference, Pasco County Council of Neighborhood Associations, and numerous continuing education classes for community association board members and managers as an approved Department of Business and Professional Regulation instructor of continuing education.
Jennifer has held memberships in Community Associations Institute, Suncoast Chapter, Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Condominium & Planned Development Committee, and Community Association Advisors for Management Professionals.
