Purvi’s practice focuses primarily on insurance litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury protection, property damage, and insurance coverage disputes.
She has been recognized by her peers in the 2017 edition of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite,” awarded to the top 2 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, and the 2018 edition of Florida Super Lawyers, as one of the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, for her accomplishments in her insurance litigation practice.
Purvi also has significant experience representing clients in multiple areas of real estate litigation, including mortgage foreclosure defense, debt resolution, fair debt collection disputes, probate, and representing condominiums and planned development communities in a wide variety of matters.
Graduating in the top 20% of her class, Purvi served as a Note and Comment Editor for the law review and was a founding member and the public relations officer for Barry University’s chapter of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. Purvi is fluent in Gujarati and conversant in Hindi.
Purvi has held memberships in the Vassar B. Carlton American Inns of Court, Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Condominium & Planned Development Committee, Space Coast Communities Association, Community Association Institute, Community Association Advisors for Management Professionals, Orange County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
