Rachel I. Pringle

Rachel’s practice is primarily in real estate with a focus in representing community associations.

She began her career in environmental litigation and administrative practice with the Department of Environmental Protection. She then expanded her practice to include land use, vacation rental, and code enforcement issues. Additionally, Rachel has experience representing clients through the clean-up of contaminated land through the Florida Brownfields Program.

Throughout law school Rachel was heavily involved in student organizations and was on the board of the Student Bar Association, the Women’s Law Symposium, and the Mock Trial team.

While in law school Rachel gained varied knowledge and experience by interning at the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Florida State Senate, and a private bankruptcy firm here in Brevard County.

Rachel has held membership in the environmental and land use sections of the Florida Bar, the Florida Brownfields Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Leadership Daytona Alumni Council, and the Volusia Young Professionals Group.
