Sonia A. Bosinger

Sonia is a real estate practitioner who specializes in representing community associations. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Expert in Condominium and Planned Development Law – an accomplishment achieved by less than 0.2% of Florida’s attorneys.

In her practice, Sonia provides advice and counsel on a variety of issues to board members and their professional managers. Her work with these communities includes turnover assistance, insurance coverage, property damage, fair housing compliance, corporate governance, contract drafting, dispute resolution, collections, foreclosure, covenant enforcement, amendments, elections, financial budgeting and operations. Sonia also has broad experience in real estate transactions, closings, mortgage foreclosures, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues.

Sonia is also an experienced litigator admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and both federal and bankruptcy courts in the Middle District of Florida. She represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, and civil lawsuits, including trials, while keeping her clients’ goals and bottom line in mind.

As an AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Sonia has been recognized by her peers in the 2016 – 2019 editions of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite,” awarded to the top 2 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, and the 2018 and 2021 editions of Florida Super Lawyers, as one of the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the state, for her accomplishments in her real estate practice.

Sonia has been a member of and featured speaker for many industry groups and local organizations regarding real estate and community association law issues, including lecturing at numerous continuing education classes for community association board members and managers.
